1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

My practice specializes with chronic illness & ADHD. We also work with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges. We work with children, teens, and adults.

2. Tell us about yourself.

3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.

One story of a client is transformation from debilitating anxiety and physical symptoms to being able to manage anxiety and symptoms in order to return to school. This client began to see new possibilities in life and continued to grow.

  2. invest time to grow the business. And know how to sell yourself, as well as your practice.
  3. Don't overkill yourself, take time for self-care.
