1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?
My practice focuses on trauma informed energy healing and intuitive embodiment. I work with a wide range of folks. The theme that ties them together is that they are highly sensitive.
2. Tell us about yourself.
I began practicing as a function of healing myself. My children and I are survivors of domestic violence. I developed chronic fatigue and PTSD. I turned to anti-racism work as well as trauma informed practices and energy medicine.
3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.
I began working with a client several years ago who was deconditioning themselves from religious trauma as well as an abusive ex. The growth, change, and transformation they have gone through since we began working together is profound.
4. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a practitioner in private practice?
Self care and boundaries with clients.

Top 3 tips I would give someone getting into private practice is:
