1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

As a seasoned healthcare professional, my journey into the world of wellness commenced with a profound exploration of nutrition and its impact on overall health. Early in my career in Family Medicine, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of proper nutrition in patient outcomes. This pivotal experience fueled my commitment to delve deeper into the realms of Integrative and, ultimately, Functional Medicine.

2. Tell us about yourself.

My relentless pursuit of knowledge led me to expand my understanding of the intricate biochemical processes governing the body, mind, and immune systems.

In the evolving landscape of healthcare, my practice is characterized by a commitment to personalized and integrative solutions. I believe in addressing the root causes of health issues, not merely their symptoms. By applying the principles of Functional Medicine, I empower my patients to achieve sustainable and far-reaching improvements.

3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.

Amelia, plagued by chronic migraines for years, sought relief from a more holistic approach. Identifying dietary and environmental triggers, a personalized nutrition plan led to a transformative journey. Weeks later, Amelia, liberated from pain, stands as a testament to the power of functional medicine. Her migraines have remained resolved for over 2 years!

4. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a practitioner in private practice?

My passion extends beyond the confines of a traditional medical practice, as I actively contribute to the broader conversation around health and wellness. Through ongoing education and dedication to the forefront of advancements in medical science, I am positioned to offer patients the latest and most effective strategies for enhancing their cellular health. This comprehensive plan of approach is extensive and time intensive for both the practitioner and the patient. But health is worth it.

5. What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a private practice today?\
