We offer mental health counseling for adults, couples, families, teens, and kids.

What motivates me is the impact that we have on the greater community. Therapy works! And it's wonderful to see the difference it can make in people's lives.
3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.
This is actually a combination of multiple clients, but the theme is the client is struggling with an unwanted behavior, as well as some negative thoughts about themselves. Unfortunately, the client is so used to living with anxiety and depression stemming from traumatic experiences, they have minimized those symptoms and instead are feeling shame for not being able to stop the unwanted behavior (i.e, overeating). Through trauma-informed therapy, the client is able to let go of years of struggle
4. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a practitioner in private practice?
Market changes which are sometimes unpredictable and sometimes just fluctuating throughout the year.
