1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

I tend to work best with clients seeking a holistic approach that includes a mind-body approach to healing. This may include issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, managing illness as well as life changes and adjustments such as loss or separation.

2. Tell us about yourself.

I started out in this field following years of spiritual study. I wanted to apply the depth and wisdom I had experienced in a practical and skilled way. It has been an honor to have continued on my journey to learn family systems, hypnosis, Nondual Healing and integrative methods for treating mental health conditions.

3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.

I am honored to help each and every soul I encounter in what ways they may be seeking or ready for. That said, it is always a particular pleasure to witness people adapting changes that make true differences for them. This has ranged anywhere from setting important relational boundaries to chosing more healthful habits in their day to day lives.

4. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a practitioner in private practice?

One challenge that comes to mind is to always maintain a healthy balance of input and output. I make a habit of checking in with myself regularly and nurturing any needs that may be present from self care practices to nurturing social relationships as well as continuing education.

5. What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a private practice today?\

Here are my three tips:

  1. I recommend developing peer support
  2. Supervision regularly on your calendar
  3. Recreation and connection outside of your practice.

6. Where can people find you?
