1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

I journey with my clients to access their true self, in every capacity of their life. Through the powerful and compassionate modality of Internal Family Systems, my clients learn to utilize their innate virtues, expand their potential, all the while healing parts that are stuck in destructive and burdensome roles. I have found that my clients quickly become energized in this process, and they become curious and passionate about their own power to heal grow.

2. Tell us about yourself.

I am in private practice, and live in Alexandria VA, with my husband and my lovable Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a mother, gardener, meditator, boater and lover of all living things.
Most recently with my IFS trainings, I have witnessed and experienced profound healings and improvements in my clients well being. I am passionate about the deeply intimate process that IFS facilitates, as I witness my clients build trust within themselves as well as improve their relationships.

3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.

Through insight, mindful reflection, she accessed her own extreme beliefs that she adopted to survive. She was able to release the negative energy that was holding her back. She is present to life today and building a meaningful, vital life.
