1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

I am a health and functional nutrition coach that takes an integrative approach by looking at the whole person to help identify and understand the root cause of symptoms and health concerns. I support clients through sustainable dietary and wellness strategies, allowing for an empowering and transforming journey to optimal health. I welcome any individual looking to improve their overall wellness.

I recognize that what works for one person does not necessarily work for another, and I love getting to know and have a unique, personalized approach with each client.
