1. What's your practice focus and what kind of clients knock on your door ?

Depth Wellness focuses on holistic health, merging disease prevention with vitality enhancement by analyzing a person's life and stressors to develop unique health plans. Specializing in holistic recovery and optimization, we work with complex cases and high-performers in achieving peak potential through balanced bodily systems and a variety of techniques. Emphasizing patient education, we empower individuals to understand and manage their health, fostering long-term well-being.

2. Tell us about yourself.

With a foundation in Cognitive Neuroscience, my journey into holistic health began with healing my nervous system via organ health and meditation. Living throughout South America, Africa, and Asia, I explored diverse healing philosophies, integrating energy work, mindset, and traditional medicine into my practice. My approach prioritizes education over medication, uncovering hidden injuries and teaching individuals to understand and communicate with their bodies for sustained health empowerment.

3. Tell us the story of a patient who you are most proud of helping.

There are many, but one who comes to mind was a case of a post-cancer patient who was told his chronic pain and uncomfortable symptoms were uncurable side effects of treatment. He took my Reclaim Resiliency Foundations for Health Course on his own at home and healed most of his symptoms. We then did 1:1 care and were able to get him back to feeling full of vitality and more like himself. He has been one of my most transformed and loyal clients and community members.

4. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a practitioner in private practice?

Liability and being responsible for people's outcomes while not having any control over their chosen actions. In this maintaining good personal boundaries while still showing up for clients in the way that is missing in healthcare.

5. What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a private practice today?\

The top three tips I would give.

  1. Keep it simple.
  2. Embrace the internet and educate as a form of community service.
  3. Never stop learning and know business and practice are about learning from "mistakes" and pivoting.

6. Where can people find you?
