In this consultation, I will answer any nutrition, exercise, or health-related questions you might have. Consultations are available over the phone, on Zoom, and in-person for clients who live in Miami. If you'd prefer, your consultation can be recorded for future reference. Additionally, following the consultation, I can answer some follow-up question if you have any. I'm also able to go over your training routine, lab results, or meal plan with you if you send them in beforehand.

For anyone struggling with a fitness plan, this individualized fitness program is created by trusted Exercise Physiologists to suit your unique needs without committing to a full-time coach. After completing a short fitness assessment, we can provide an in-depth program based on your specific fitness-related goals and interests.
This plan is meant for those wanting guidance from professionals through engaging custom-made workouts and instructional videos accessbile through Trainerize, a cutting-edge fitness platform meant for personalized programming. Programs are generally ofered as 1 month, 3 month, or 6 month plans to maximize your productivity.
For a more in-depth-one-off fitness program that considers your previous medical history, labs, and hyper-specific goals such as bodybuilding, competitive sports, photoshoots, and more, please consider setting up a one-time 60-minute consultation with me. (The fitness program itself is included and you will NOT have to pay any additional fees.)
