Alex completed the Advanced Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) program from the Institute of Functional Medicine. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University. Alex spent 10 years as a yoga instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor before realizing that 1 hour per day exercising is not enough to thrive - it takes a whole lifestyle approach.
